Originally from Venezuela, I began my professional career as a civil engineer, collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients on residential and commercial projects. Through this work, I developed strong skills in project coordination, construction documentation, material specification, and on‑site problem‑solving. Being involved in every stage of the building process taught me how to think critically, communicate across disciplines, and approach design with both creativity and technical responsibility.
Those experiences also made me more aware of how spaces influence people, how circulation, light, and material choices can support clarity, comfort, and well‑being. That realization is what ultimately guided me toward interior design.
Now based in Houston, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to my work, blending technical precision with an interest in how people live, move, and feel in a space. I’m drawn to the subtle decisions that shape atmosphere: the flow of a plan, the softness of light, and the balance of textures and materials.
My design philosophy centers on creating environments that foster calm, clarity, and emotional intention. I believe design should reduce visual noise, guide the eye, and create moments of comfort and beauty that enrich everyday rituals.
This portfolio reflects my evolution as a designer a balance between discipline, creative exploration, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel solid, elegant, and meaningful.
