CLIENT PROFILE:

The Smiths are a couple with plans to retire soon, they lead a very active life, in which they enjoy their time doing activities outside in nature and maintains close contact with family and friends.

CONCEPT STATEMENT:

As a design concept it is established as Forest Stratification, where the color palette has to do with greens and earth colors. The materials used will be natural and sustainable. Dark colors will be used in the furniture, with simple lines and easy maintenance, made of durable materials, since their grandchildren visit them frequently. 

They want a place where their grandchildren can stay at home occasionally, space for entertainment and social activity with family and friends.
